Client Agreement
SESSION INFORMATION:
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place via Google Meet. Client elects to meet monthly or bi-weekly. Sessions are billed on the 1st of each month via Venmo.
Coaching is a creative, collaborative, and client-led process that supports self-awareness, embodiment, and authentic expression. The coach, Briana Wyatt, practices in alignment with ICF competencies through a non-directive approach that emphasizes presence, awareness, and self-determined growth. When relevant, the coach may incorporate integrative modalities such as meditation, Ayurveda, energy psychology (EFT), flower essences, sound frequencies and Quantum Human Design to support deeper personal insight and traction toward expressed client goals.
If you need to miss/reschedule a meeting, please let the coach know at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are encouraged to complete the Reflection + Integration (Traction Report) before each session so clients are prepared to dive right into the preferred coaching topic and so that clients have a living document of breakthroughs and progress during the coaching relationship.
TERMINATION:
Either party may cancel the coaching agreement at any time.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) shared with the coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
If a dispute arises, you agree to notify the coach as soon as possible so the client and coach can seek a mutually acceptable resolution.
The coach makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. The coach is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
